Serena Snoad is passionate about building ethical and effective communities. An internationally recognized expert in building nonprofit and health communities, she has successfully built, scaled and led high-performing online communities at non-profits including Alzheimer’s Society and Blood Cancer UK. She also co-founded CMX London in 2019.
Serena founded Good Community in 2021 and works primarily with nonprofits and startups to provide strategy, advice, and training in community strategy, operations, community safety and team wellbeing.
She has spoken at global and national conferences including All Things In Moderation, CMX Global, D2M Summit, and SWARM. She has qualifications in counselling, safeguarding and emotional support in addition to credentials in community strategy and communications.
